  1. Offer applies only to the qualifying purchases from participating US DigiTech dealers and will only be shipped to addresses located in the U.S.A.
  2. Only valid with the purchase of two new DigiTech pedals purchased between Oct. 1, 2009 and Jan. 15, 2010 and must include a fully completed redemption form.
  3. One promotional product per submission. Submissions must be post marked by Jan. 31, 2010 to qualify.
  4. DigiTech designs promotions for specific products and does not allow product substitutions regardless of information you learn from other sources.
  5. DigiTech is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected or postage-due submissions.
  6. This offer is limited to end users only and is not available to resellers, e-tailers, retailers or distributors of DigiTech products.
  7. All submission material becomes the property of DigiTech and will not be returned.
  8. Excessive and/or false submissions constitutes fraud and could result in federal prosuecution under US Mail Fraud statute (18 USC 1341 and 1342).
