  1. Offer applies only to the qualifying purchases from participating US DigiTech dealers and will only be shipped to addresses located in the U.S.A.
  2. Only valid with the purchase of a new DigiTech HarmonyMan, or TimeBender pedal purchased between October 1, 2009 and January 15, 2010 and must
    include a fully-completed redemption form.
  3. One promotional product per submission. Submissions must be postmarked by February 15, 2010 to qualify.
  4. DigiTech designs promotions for specific products and does not allow product substitutions regardless of information you learn from other sources.
  5. DigiTech is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected or postage-due submissions.
  6. This offer is limited to end users only and is not available to resellers, e-tailers, retailers or distributors of DigiTech products.
  7. All submission material becomes the property of DigiTech and will not be returned.
  8. Excessive and/or false submissions constitutes fraud and could result in federal prosecution under US Mail Fraud statute (18 USC 1341 and 1342).
  9. The promotional product requested will be shipped to qualifying US participants within 6 – 8 weeks. This offer is only valid in the U.S.A.
