  1. Offer applies only to the qualifying purchases from participating US DigiTech dealers and will only be shipped to addresses located in the U.S.A.
  2. Only valid with the purchase of a new DigiTech RP500 and a new Guitar or Amp (valued at $500.00 or more) purchased in the same transaction, between Aug. 1, 2008 and Aug. 31, 2008 and must include a fully completed redemption form.
  3. One promotional product per submission. Submissions must be post marked by September 31, 2008 to qualify.
  4. DigiTech designs promotions for specific products and does not allo product substitutions regardless of information you learn from other sources.
  5. DigiTech is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected or postage-due submissions.
