Lead guitarist Glen Drover of Megadeth, is currently out on the road supporting their latest release “United Abominations”. Glen is relying the new GSP1101 preamp processor and his XTD Tone Driver overdrive to achieve “his best sound yet.”

Brothers in Metal, Christopher and Michael Amott of Arch Enemy have also incorporated the GSP1101 into their arsenal as they are currently in the US with Machine Head. Their new album “Rise Of The Tyrant” will drop into stores September 24th.

More GSP1101 news comes from Michael Wilton of Queensryche who is utilizing the unit for effects with his high gain amp head. Michael and the Boys are supporting Heaven & Hell along with Alice Cooper into October.

Matt Bachand guitarist of Shadow’s Fall has been digging into the Vocalist Live 2 for backup harmonies. Matt is amazed with the tracking quality and is going to incorporate it in future projects.

DigiTruck Stuff

The “DigiTruck” (DigiTech’s very own 53’ custom tractor trailer) has had much success zigzagging across the country showcasing the latest offerings by DigiTech and other Harman products this past year. The truck is approaching the 100th event anniversary in just under it’s first Birthday! This fall season the truck can be seen throughout the Midwest while moving into the warmer Southern regions this winter. Dealers wanting to have this selling machine and DigiTech Trade Show into their parking lots should speak directly with the local DigiTech reps for scheduling.
