Basically, the patch is a distortion guitar sound which is quite valvey. This would be used for lead guitar solos etc. By using over the top compression, the sound can be sustained for longer whilst retaining the noise gate in the chain. The sound is deliberately bass and top heavy with a very small amount of midrange scoop in just the right place. There is a fat reverb on this sound to emphasize it's size.

I haven't added any mod/pitch to my settings but I think that this is quite subjective and quite a few flange/chorus effects would suit this basic tone.
