DM Delay

Need a little echo in your tone? Being one of the first standard BBD analog delays, the DM Delay's frequency response and character depended on upon a combination of the delay time (Repeat Rate) and feedback (Intensity) settings. BBD delay signals degenerate with every repeat so as the repeats are turned up, the signal becomes less and less recognizable and actually becomes more of an “effect” than a delay.

Features

  • BBD analog delay sound
  • Warm, thick, dirty - the way analog delay should be
  • 30-330ms delay range
  • Repeat Rate, Echo, and Intensity controls
  • Ideal for slapback or ambient delay effects

Controls

REPEAT RATE - Controls the delay time.
INTENSITY - Controls the number of repeats. Very high settings will result in a self oscillating delay signal that can be cool for special effect sounds.
ECHO - Controls the output level of the effect.

Available in the iStomp

iStompThe iStomp™ works just like every other stompbox. Step on the footswitch to turn it on and off. Adjust the knobs to get the sound you want. The biggest difference between the iStomp and other stompboxes is you can completely change the iStomp to be any pedal in the entire pedal line. Simply connect your iPod touch®, iPhone®, or iPad® to the iStomp and select which pedal you’d like from the DigiTech® Stomp Shop™ App. In about the same time it takes to download a song you can change the iStomp from a distortion to a reverb, a phaser to a tube overdrive, or a delay to a chorus. iStomp includes DigiTech’s Total Recall™ digital delay and Redline™ overdrive to get you started. lowering the delay level when you play. This is useful when playing solos in that it helps keep the delay effect from making your sound too muddy.
