DIGITECH SCORES BIG AT THE MUSIC INDUSTRY ASSOCIATION AND BT DIGITAL MUSIC AWARD CEREMONIES

— DigiTech garners honors for its Vocalist Live 2 and RP250 processor —

SALT LAKE CITY, UT, October 17, 2007— DigiTech®, a leading manufacturer of guitar and bass multi-effects processors, and a Harman International company (NYSE-HAR), recently won the praises of the UK trade Music Industry Association (MIA) awards as well as the BT Digital Music awards for its RP250 modeling guitar processor and the Vocalist® Live 2 vocal harmony/effects floor processor respectively.

At the MIA awards and dinner, held on October 10th at The Savoy in London, DigiTech’s revolutionary RP250 modeling guitar processor won in the category of Best Guitar Effects/Accessory. The RP250 was chosen for its innovation and high quality sounds alike. Accepting the honors was Sound Technology, DigiTech’s exclusive UK Distributor. Last year, DigiTech won in the same category for its critically acclaimed Artist Series Pedals. The MIA is made up of distributors, dealers and manufacturers in the UK and its annual awards ceremony acknowledges outstanding contributions made to the music industry over the past year. Winners are chosen by industry leaders, journalists and music retailers.

On October 2nd, DigiTech’s Vocalist Live 2 vocal harmony and effects floor processor won the category of Best Music Hardware at the BT Digital Music Awards 2007, the UK's only awards dedicated to digital music entertainment. Hundreds of musicians, celebrities and music industry professionals flocked to Camden's legendary Roundhouse where the winners were announced.
