DIGITECH INTRODUCES NEW VOCALIST LIVE 2 AND VOCALIST LIVE 4 VOCAL HARMONY AND EFFECTS PROCESSORS

V1 NAMM SHOW, ANAHEIM, CA, January 18, 2007 — DigiTech, a leading manufacturer of musical instrument signal processors, and a Harman International company (NYSE-HAR), is pleased to announce two new professional quality vocal effect processors – the Vocalist Live 2 and Vocalist Live 4 vocal harmony and effects floor processors for performing guitarists.
Vocalist Live processors use breakthrough MusIQ™ technology to generate multi-part harmonies based on analysis of the incoming guitar signal regarding chord progression and structure. The Vocalist Live 2 produces 2 part harmonies, while the Vocalist Live 4 can create 3 or 4 part harmonies, selectable to harmonize in unison or at a 3rd or 5th above or below the lead vocal. Additionally, effects such as Compressor, Reverb and EQ are included, as well as an onboard chromatic tuner.
The Vocalist Live 2 feature set includes:
• 2 part vocal harmony using MusIQ™ technology that analyzes the guitar signal according chord progression and structure.
• Selectable unison, 3rd, 5th above or below of lead vocal
• Effects; Compressor, Reverb and EQ
• On board guitar tuner

The Vocalist 4 feature set includes:
• 3 or 4 part vocal harmony using MusIQ™ technology that analyzes the guitar signal according chord progression and structure.

• Pitch correction with 4 adjustable parameters
• Effects; Compressor, Reverb and EQ
• Store and recall 50 presets
• On board guitar tuner
• XLR mic /line with level adjustment, low-noise preamp and 48V phantom power
