Well I hope, they gonna upgraid amp modeling this time, I will hold with buying VOX ToneLab SE then.
I really hope so!!!! GNX needs to have BETTER (clearer, punchyer, more tube like, more responsive to touch and guitar output) TONE!!!

I DONT CARE FOR MORE FEATURES than Gnx3 has already. I JUST WANT BETTER AMP SOUNDS!!!!!

BTW, where did you hear that they are working on GNX5, is it true information????

Guys,

A few weeks ago a fiend told me that they were making a GNX4 that was the size of a table, and was for studio's in New York. He said it was not sold in any stores and was for studios. Well. look what turns uo on the Digitech homepage three weeks later? A GNX4 that is an improvement of our GNX3, just like we all expected it to be. However, he also said they were making a GNX5 that was the size of a table. I think this is true. I think it will be just like the GNX4 he said was coming out. (I sure do hope so because then I can buy the GNX4 and them best non-studio pedal)

I think it's safe to say that any company that wants to stay in this business always must be working on the "next thing" to follow what they already have for sale. Will it be called "GNX-5"? Who knows. Will it be as big as a table? Who knows. It certainly wouldn't be smart of them to tip their hand and let competition find out. So we'll see what happens...

You can never have too many features.;)

A small table or a big one?

I won't leak to Line-6. I swear.;)

Gnx5?It is not reasonable that Digitech is going to D&S the next generation workstation. There are maybe 2 project----fix bugs of Gnx4 and research the next new one.But I have to say to design & adjust a good tone is more difficult than to add some new functions on the Gnx.Maybe Digitech feel that Gnx3's tones are enough for now,but the functions should be done better. I hope digitech can have some different products for different demands of users' group.A portable Gnx with pluging new portable optional accessaris(pedals and devices) capacity would be better and reduse multikindproduct risk.

If it is the size of a table it will be a REALLY big one.

Also, did you know that line 6 makes amps that have effects almost as good as their pedals?

Yar. The line 6 spider two kicks arse. I use it for most basic effects (the chorus dogs the gnx3) and my gnx3 for all crazier effects, eg. whammy, harmonizer, metal zone distortion, etc. Good times.
