- Offer applies only to the qualifying purchases from participating US DigiTech dealers.
- Only valid with the purchase of a DigiTech Vocalist Live Pro, Vocalist Live 4 or Vocalist Live 2 purchased between May 1st, 2008 and June 30th, 2008 and must include a fully completed redemption form.
- One promotional product per submission. Submissions must be post marked by July 15th, 2008 to qualify.
- DigiTech designs promotions for specific products and does not allow product substitutions regardless of information you learn from other sources.
- DigiTech is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected or postage-due submissions.
- This offer is limited to end users only and is not available to resellers, e-tailers, retailers or distributors of DigiTech products.
- All submission material becomes the property of DigiTech and will not be returned.
- Excessive and/or false submissions constitutes fraud and could result in federal prosecution under US Mail Fraud statute (18 USC 1341 and 1342).
